As a lecturer of traditional etiquette, he is engaged in the dissemination of reihō and the training of instructors through private tatami-room lessons for business leaders, certified courses for the general public, business etiquette training for companies based on traditional reihō, and lectures for corporations and events.

After graduating from university, he worked in the retail industry, where he was involved in education for sales and customer service and gained experience in serving VIP clients.
He later moved to the human resources industry, where he interviewed more than 1,000 job seekers and came to recognise the importance of etiquette education for working adults.
He obtained certification as a master of Ogasawara-ryū reihō and studied protocol, then established his own courses integrating modern manners with traditional etiquette and became an independent instructor.
He subsequently founded the Japan Reihōdō Association.
