Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligible for Returns

    • If the product has a clear defect, we will accept returns and refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and it must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Products with engraved initials or those that have been used, even once, are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Returns or refunds due to customer preference are not accepted.
  2. Return & Refund Procedure

    • If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email or phone before proceeding. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
  3. Refund Amount

    • In cases of defective products, we will refund the product price and shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

European Union Cooling-Off Policy

  1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

    • Customers residing in the European Union (EU) have the right to return or cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, regardless of the reason (Cooling-Off Right).
    • However, products with engraved initials or those that have been used (and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons) are excluded from this policy.
  2. Cooling-Off Procedure

    • If you wish to exercise your cooling-off right, please notify us by email or in writing within 14 days of receiving the product. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  3. Refund Process

    • For returns under the cooling-off right, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product.
