Eligible for Returns
- If the product has a clear defect, we will accept returns and refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and it must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Products with engraved initials or those that have been used, even once, are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns or refunds due to customer preference are not accepted.

Return & Refund Procedure
- If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email or phone before proceeding. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Refund Amount
- In cases of defective products, we will refund the product price and shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
European Union Cooling-Off Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Right
- Customers residing in the European Union (EU) have the right to return or cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, regardless of the reason (Cooling-Off Right).
- However, products with engraved initials or those that have been used (and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons) are excluded from this policy.

Cooling-Off Procedure
- If you wish to exercise your cooling-off right, please notify us by email or in writing within 14 days of receiving the product. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
