[Activity] Japanese Sake Tasting

Japanese sake is a uniquely Japanese alcohol culture born from rice, water, and kōji mould.
In this programme, guided by a specialist, you will taste and compare several types of sake while learning about the differences in aroma, flavour, and brewing methods.
By exploring a wide range of styles—such as ginjō, junmai, and daiginjō—from sweeter to drier profiles, each participant can discover the sake that best suits their own palate.
Light dishes and small accompaniments are also provided, allowing you to enjoy the appeal of pairing food with sake.
