【Workshop Participation Agreement】

Thank you for considering participation in a workshop hosted by Japonistique.
For a safe and enjoyable experience, please carefully read and agree to the following terms:

1. Safety and Conduct

• Follow the instructor’s guidance during the workshop.
• Some activities involve handling sharp tools or materials (e.g., knives, dyes). Please act with caution to avoid injury to yourself and others.
• Participation is at your own risk. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any injuries or accidents.
• Children may accompany adults in certain workshops. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children do not handle sharp tools or delicate works. Any damages or injuries caused will be the responsibility of the guardian.

2. Clothing and Personal Items

• Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement and possible stains.
• Avoid wide sleeves, high heels, or strong perfumes that may interfere with the activity.
• For incense-making workshops, refrain from wearing perfume, as the process is highly sensitive to scents.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Bringing food and drinks is generally prohibited (hydration with water is permitted).
• Do not touch products or exhibits without permission.

4. Punctuality and Absence

• In case of delay or absence, please contact Japonistique by the day before, or the instructor on the day of the workshop.
• Significant tardiness or unnotified absence may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Up to 7 days before the workshop: Full refund.
• 6 to 2 days before: 50% refund.
• 1 day before or same day / No-show: No refund.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, we may offer rescheduling. Please be sure to contact us.

6. Agreement

I have read and understood the above, and I agree to participate in the workshop at my own responsibility with due care for safety.
